Strategy for "MODERATE" weight loss or 14-15 lbs per month:
-The GOAL of "MODERATE" weight loss is to consume 1200 calories of food with final of net 1200 calories daily
-Take First 1/2 tablet at 10AM
-Take Second 1/2 tabet at 2pm
-Each 1/2 tablet will provide 3-4 hours where you will not feel hungry
-Drink at least 2 liters of water before 5pm to improve even further your lack of hunger. Also, you will tolerate medication without difficulty if drinking 2 liters daily
-Weight loss medication works 2 - 3 times as good with 2 liters or more of water in your system.
-For food consumption the goal of "RAPID" weight loss is to eat a total of 1,000 calories per day, 500 Cal before 5pm and 500 Cal after 5pm for dinner.
-If you are not accurate or exact in the tabulation of calories in your food, then purchase prepackaged meals that are labelled 350, 400, or 450 calories to make sure you never go over your total allocation of calories for the day.
-Try to match up your medication with when you eat the most during the day, therefore do not take your medication too early in the morning such as 6AM or 7AM if you do not get hungry until 10am-11am. You cannot take your medication after 2 pm as this will cause difficulty sleeping at night time. -Every patient that averages 1200 calories per day, typically loses 6-7 lbs each month
-Review the list of "Boosts" to weight loss at the bottom of the home page for suggestions on improving beyond 14-15lbs per month.
Example: -"MODERATE" Weight Loss Equals 1,200 calores of food per day -Add Increased Water Consumption boost (4 liters) and Walking boost and you will improve your weight loss to approximately 3lbs + 3lbs for 12-13 lbs weight loss total during your month.
